I've been looking at a few places in Bethlehem, and the mix of old stone houses with modern updates is pretty appealing. The walkability to Main Street and the music venues is a huge plus, and the property taxes aren't as bad as some neighboring towns. I'm still figuring out if a fixer-upper or a move-in ready place makes more sense for my budget.
