The Holston Conference church sits at the heart of a tight-knit Appalachian community, its white steeple rising above the rolling hills. On Sunday mornings, the wooden pews fill with families who've worshipped here for generations, sharing potluck dinners and supporting each other through hard times. The congregation balances tradition with a forward-looking mission, funding youth programs and local food banks that keep the church relevant in a changing world.
