We finally got the IBR roof leak fix done last weekend. The flashing around the chimney had corroded, so we replaced it with a new rubber boot and sealed all the seams with high-quality silicone. Took about four hours total, and the water test showed no more drips. Feels good to have that nagging drip gone from the attic.
