<p>‘소액결제 현금화 산업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·사용되도록 한 후 사용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인해 매입하는 행위에 ‘3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있다.</p>
<p>신세계인터내셔널 직원은 “휴대폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 유사한 구조이기 덕에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 말했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “모바일 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있을 것입니다”고 설명했었다.</p>
